Tunely is a music practice application that provides pitch detection, a metronome, chord building, and related tools for guitarists. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Tunely or any part of its code, design, or content without prior written permission.
Tunely is designed to provide accurate pitch detection and music practice tools. However, accuracy may vary depending on your device's microphone quality, ambient noise levels, and environmental conditions. Tunely is a practice aid and should not be relied upon as the sole reference for professional tuning in critical applications.
Tunely requires microphone access to detect pitch in real time. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that audio is processed locally on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted externally.
You may revoke microphone access at any time through your Android device settings. Doing so will prevent the tuner from functioning, but all other app features will remain available.
Tunely displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that AdMob may collect device-level data — including advertising identifiers and general usage information — in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled or curated by Tunely.
You can manage ad personalization preferences through your Android device settings.
Tunely may offer premium features through Google Play in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies. We are not responsible for processing payments or resolving billing disputes — these should be directed to Google Play support.
Premium features are associated with your Google Play account and may be restored on the same account. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will not retroactively remove features from users who have already purchased them without reasonable notice.
All content within Tunely — including but not limited to code, design, graphics, icons, sounds, copy, and branding — is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Tunely name, logo, and visual identity may not be used, reproduced, or incorporated into any other product or marketing material without prior written permission.
Content you create within Tunely — such as custom chords and practice progressions — is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of any content you create. This content will be permanently deleted if you clear app data or uninstall the application, and we are not responsible for data loss resulting from these actions.
We may update, modify, or discontinue Tunely at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the app will be continuously available, error-free, or compatible with all Android devices or OS versions. Updates may be required for continued functionality and may alter existing features.
Tunely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Tunely if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
